Sandry Law 最初在昆明翠湖後方一間小小家庭作坊裡遇見這款坐墊。作坊主人是第三代工匠，數十年來一直為雲南各地的冥想館與茶館供貨，作品卻鮮少流出本省。蕎麥殼來自大理附近的高海拔田地，那兒涼爽的夜晚讓蕎麥殼更堅實、更潔淨。收割後，蕎麥殼經過日曬、簸淨，並在不熏蒸的情況下儲存——這是 Sandry 多次造訪，堅持親眼確認的工序。亞麻布套在浙江以歐洲亞麻織成，接著用茶染與鐵媒染劑天然染色，呈現溫潤的燕麥色。每個坐墊均手工填充，蕎麥殼夯搗至恰到好處的密度：堅實得足以在一小時的功夫茶儀式中支撐脊柱，卻又柔軟得讓臀部自然沉降，毫無壓力。可拆式布套以隱形拉鏈固定，使打理毫不費力。Sandry 的採購合約確保作坊維持傳統的步調——沒有急單、沒有壓價——守護著一門很可能比我們更長壽的技藝。
