我第一次造訪這間位於安吉山區外的作坊,是在為一款尚不存在的茶桌概念尋找貨源之時。作坊主人是第三代竹匠,他向我展示了一張帶有內置排水槽的矮桌原型 — 最初是為一家從未開業的潮州茶館設計的。骨架上已具備一切:100公分寬的竹層壓桌面,輕得單人可搬,卻又堅固得足以應付整場功夫茶會;帶有斜度的水槽將水匯流至下方隱藏的托盤。令我印象深刻的是桌面。他們摒棄了傳統清漆,改用高溫加壓——使竹材天然的糖分凝結密封,幾乎不受濕氣影響。作坊使用四年生的毛竹 (Phyllostachys edulis),此時木質素含量最有利於穩定性。裁切後,竹條以橫紋堆疊,經過熱壓,再手工砂磨六次 — 足以閉合毛孔而不形成塑料般的薄膜。我們經過三次調整,才讓水槽斜度符合我們的排水速度標準。這批貨來自2025年9月批次,在天氣轉涼、足以防止脹裂時完成加工。每張桌子都帶有作坊的印記,並附一小瓶茶花籽油用於首次滋養。

Smooth to the touch, with a gentle friction that grips a gaiwan base; the self-draining channel feels seamless, directing water efficiently without splash.

A lingering coolness where the bamboo meets the forearm, and a quiet satisfaction in its understated durability — it only deepens with use.

每次茶會後用微濕軟布擦拭。避免長時間浸泡或使用洗碗皂。每年一次,用食品級礦物油薄薄塗抹一層以保養竹材光澤並防止乾裂。
