我第一次造訪這間位於安吉山區外的作坊，是在為一款尚不存在的茶桌概念尋找貨源之時。作坊主人是第三代竹匠，他向我展示了一張帶有內置排水槽的矮桌原型 — 最初是為一家從未開業的潮州茶館設計的。骨架上已具備一切：100公分寬的竹層壓桌面，輕得單人可搬，卻又堅固得足以應付整場功夫茶會；帶有斜度的水槽將水匯流至下方隱藏的托盤。令我印象深刻的是桌面。他們摒棄了傳統清漆，改用高溫加壓——使竹材天然的糖分凝結密封，幾乎不受濕氣影響。作坊使用四年生的毛竹 (Phyllostachys edulis)，此時木質素含量最有利於穩定性。裁切後，竹條以橫紋堆疊，經過熱壓，再手工砂磨六次 — 足以閉合毛孔而不形成塑料般的薄膜。我們經過三次調整，才讓水槽斜度符合我們的排水速度標準。這批貨來自2025年9月批次，在天氣轉涼、足以防止脹裂時完成加工。每張桌子都帶有作坊的印記，並附一小瓶茶花籽油用於首次滋養。

Brewing
每次茶會後用微濕軟布擦拭。避免長時間浸泡或使用洗碗皂。每年一次，用食品級礦物油薄薄塗抹一層以保養竹材光澤並防止乾裂。
