Sandry Law，我們的採購總監，大部分日子都在雲南各地奔波尋找卓越的茶葉。但一個難得清靜的下午，她鑽進青年路附近一家紡織工坊 — 那是一間小小的工作室，由兩姊妹經營，她們是來自山區的苗族織工，為當地 chá lóu 縫製地板墊。亞麻布來自大理的紡織廠，用河水石洗，染料全為植物基底：赭石色來自薑黃，苔蘚色來自茶葉，陶土色來自赤紅土，炭灰色來自竹灰。
每塊坐墊均以手工裁剪縫合，配有隱形拉鍊，布套可拆卸清洗。棉絮以梳理成型，非噴膠膨鬆 — 意即不會結塊或塌扁。Sandry 在自己茶室地板上測試原型長達六個月，歷經濕潤的昆明夏季與乾燥冬季，才簽下訂單。「它們會呼吸。」她說，「你可以坐上兩個小時，起身時不會有那種濕黏感。」最終成品是一組充滿工藝感的坐墊，而非工廠產物 — 四張席位，將任何地板化作無聲邀請：坐下、斟茶、駐留。
